Tokyo Started activities under the project name
"OLD RAMEN" with the aim of adding new value
to the modern era with the image of a simple
Chinese noodle in a Showa-era food stall.

With the phrase
"TOKYO OLD RAMEN IS THE SUPREME ART",

the concept is to express new value from the
perspective of art without making unnecessary
changes to an already completed work.

2024

Relocated with the aim of further expanding
the scope of activities.

From there, the concept was abolished,
and the name OLD RAMEN was removed from
the Chinese noodle that had been developed
as a signature product.

Changed policy to no concept, no signature menu.

Not as a food and beverage business,
but as a place for my own creative activities,

to freely shape what I imagined at the time.

And my goal is that after my death, when I look
back on my creative activities so far,

they will be finished as a work of one big category
in itself.

I envision having such a final big work named
"OLD RAMEN".
